Things to know about Classy Cotton Boutique

How do I order from facebook group:

First, register with our automated invoicing software at: https://classycotton.commentsold.com/account Please provide your email and your physical address or you will not receive an invoice. If you would like to shop through Instagram you must click the pink tab and connect your IG account and fill in info.

Once, you register you can use the code NEWSHOPPER to receive $5 off your first order! Code will expire if not used within 30 days.

*If you want to receive updates on your orders through messenger, please click that option on your acct. page as well.

Second, read each sales post carefully and comment according to the instructions in that post. You must ALWAYS COMMENT “SOLD” or you will not receive an invoice. SOLD is the word that triggers our software to collect the info. in your comment and auto send your invoice based on your comment.

Please do not abbreviate; our system is automated and you must spell out size, color etc.

Please do not edit your comment; our system is automated and only recognizes the original comment. If you ordered or commented incorrectly and want to change it then delete your original comment and comment again.

Please read each post carefully for options. Ex: if the post says “taupe” is a color option and you comment “brown” you will not receive an invoice because our automated system was set up to recognize the word “taupe”. You will need to delete your original comment and comment again.

How do I pay?

Click the secure link provided in each post. You can use a paypal account or credit or debit card. Invoices will expire within 6 hrs if not paid!

*If you have acct. credit or a coupon code you must click to use it prior to clicking check out.

How do I receive my item?

When checking out, you select shipping (delivery truck icon) or local pick up. We offer Free Shipping when you pay your cart within 1 hour of commenting! If you do not choose to the shipping option, your item will be placed in our local pick up bins to be picked up. If you request for your item to be shipped after we have already processed it as a pick up item then there will be a $5 shipping charge to transfer it to the shipping department.

Classy Cotton online orders can be picked up at The Wearhouse 101 Boutique located at 6784 Hwy 101, Lexington, AL. 35648. You may pick your item up any time during their opening store hours. You can find posted hours at https://www.facebook.com/shopwearhouse101/

If you do not pick your item up within 30 days, your item will be returned to stock without a refund.

We ship items within 2-4 business days.

We do not deliver and we do not allow pick ups during times not posted.

Are the items “in stock” or are they “pre orders”?

When we post an item for sale then it is already in our storefront and ready to ship to you within 2-4 business days.

We are not very fond of doing “pre orders” or “reserve” items. We like to order our stock and “see it and feel it” before we sell it!

Occasionally, we will post an item, that we have sold in the past and we know that it is good quality as a “preorder” or “reserve”, but we will note this in the heading of that post. We will give an ETA in the post and announce when it has arrived.

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

You will be placed on the wait-list for that item and we will send you a new invoice when the item is restocked. Invoices are sent out in the order of the comments, so always comment even if an item it is out of stock so, you will be included in the reorder and be on the list to receive it.

****Always be on the lookout for invoices! If a customer fails to pay their invoices within 6 hrs, then the item goes to the next person on the wait-list.****

Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer online credit only!

You must email us at info@shopclassycotton.com and request a return and include the invoice number prior to mailing it back to us. Once, we pull the invoice history, we will message you back with instructions on how to return.

Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. It must be returned with original receipt and tags still attached and it must be clean with no odors! Once the item is inspected, we will issue you an online credit to be used towards your next purchase. Your credit will go straight to your Classy Cotton comment sold acct. and may only be used online.

Please allow 2-3 business days, once we receive your item, to process it and issue you a credit.

Mail items to 6784 Hwy 101, Lexington, AL 35648. If your item is 15 oz. or less, please mail it back using first class service and you can may reuse the mailer it came in.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • past the 7 day limit

  • clearance items

  • items bought using a sale code

  • “deal of the day or night” items

  • “reserve” or “pre order” items

  • items that have been laundered, worn or have odors

  • undergarments such as bras, undershorts and other intimates

  • items purchased for $20 and under

You can return an item during The Wearhouse 101 Boutique’s opening hours, but we will not give you a credit until we have had time to inspect your item and process it back into our Classy Cotton inventory system. We will apply your credit within 2-3 business days of receiving it to use online towards your next purchase.

Can I use my coupon code, gift card or credit in the store instead of online?

No. These codes are generated to be used online using your Classy Cotton comment sold acct. only. *If it is bought online from The Classy Cotton Boutique group and you return it, then your credit will be applied back to that acct.
