Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer online credit only!

You must email us at info@shopclassycotton.com and request a return and include the invoice number prior to mailing it back to us. Once, we pull the invoice history, we will message you back with instructions on how to return.

Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. It must be returned with original receipt and tags still attached and it must be clean with no odors! Once the item is inspected, we will issue you an online credit to be used towards your next purchase. Your credit will go straight to your Classy Cotton comment sold acct. and may only be used online.

Please allow 2-3 business days, once we receive your item, to process it and issue you a credit.

Mail items to 6784 Hwy 101, Lexington, AL 35648. If your item is 15 oz. or less, please mail it back using first class service and you can may reuse the mailer it came in.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • past the 7 day limit

  • clearance items

  • items bought using a sale code

  • “deal of the day or night” items

  • “reserve” or “pre order” items

  • items that have been laundered, worn or have odors

  • undergarments such as bras, undershorts and other intimates

  • items purchased for $20 and under

You can return an item during The Wearhouse 101 Boutique’s opening hours and we will apply your online credit within 2-3 business days of receiving it to use online towards your next purchase. This credit can not be used in the storefront.

Can I use my coupon code, gift card or credit in the store instead of online?

No. The storefront is set up on a different inventory software and codes are generated to be used online only using your Classy Cotton comment sold acct. *If it is bought online from The Classy Cotton Boutique fb group or website and you return it, then your credit will be applied back to that acct.
